Il prodotto ITALTON sarà un tamburato nella versione moderna. Costi più contenuti rispetto a quello classico con gli stessi vantaggi: leggerezza, maggiore durata, minori costi di trasporto, ecofriendly e grande versatilità nel design del mobile che si potrà realizzare con maggiore spessore e con un peso molto minore.

Il pannello tamburato potrà essere utilizzato per tutte le parti del mobile: fianchi, ante, fondi, coperchi, top per cucina, tavoli, ripiani, librerie ecc. Oltre agli elementi di arredo, il tamburato avrà altre applicazioni quali pareti, espositori, display, cartellonistica ed ogni altro utilizzo dove si richieda leggerezza e robustezza.

Nel nuovo impianto verranno prodotti pannelli fino a 5600 mm di lunghezza e fino a 2200 mm di larghezza, con listelli longitudinali a richiesta del cliente e spessori da 15 a 100 mm. La produzione giornaliera supererà i 25000 m2.

THE POWER OF LIGHTNESS

The ITALTON panel will be a modern lightweight board. It will be more cost-effective than the traditional one but with the same advantages: lightness, longer life, lower shipping costs and great furniture design versatility because the furniture parts will be made with more thickness again but with less weight.

It will be used in every part of the furniture: sides, doors, tops and bottoms, kitchen worktops, tables, shelves, bookcases etc. Besides furniture, the lightweight panel will be suitable also for other applications like walls, displays and every other board where lightness and strength are required.

In the new plant, based in Pesaro, we are going to produce panels up to 5600 mm long and 2200 mm wide, with longitudinal strips as requested by the customer and thicknesses from 15 to 100 mm. The daily production will be more than 25000 m2.
